Reading is a superpower.

Reading continues to change my life and I only wish I’d begun this habit earlier (though I’m happy I started when I did). I believe my greatest tool in life is this: the complementary practice of deep reading and meditation/contemplation. This practice continually clarifies how I want to live and offers me ways to experiment and play with what it means to live well. When I say “deep reading,” I’m referring to a practice of writing and drawing in the book while I read, which helps me engage in a way that is not only receptive but also creative (I read physical copies for this reason).
