New Book Now Available!

It’s been a while since I’ve shared here, and the reason is twofold: 1) I’ve been adapting to the schedule of my newborn son, and 2) I’ve been approaching the finish line of my other baby, a book/spiritual journey I’ve been attempting to bring to tangible fruition for the past 6 years or so. And now, I’m excited/giddy to announce the official release of my first book: The Will to Do Nothing.

Essentially, the book explores the certain will it takes to "do nothing" in terms of numbing or distracting yourself from uncomfortable feelings. These feelings are guides into awakening. But, of course, it is so challenging to actually let yourself fully feel something you understandably don’t want to feel. My hope is the book helps readers develop an experiential, rather than intellectual, understanding of this paradoxical ancient art form of “nothingness.”

Over the next year, I’ll be sharing excerpts from the book along with related thoughts on a weekly basis. If you’re interested in picking up the book and/or sharing it with others, you can find it in paperback, hardcover, and ebook formats HERE. And below, please enjoy a photo of my son holding my other baby. This was a taken a few seconds after his first attempted response to the book: eating it, haha.

Can you wait,

can you “do nothing,”

until the Truth

happens through you,

out of your control?

This is
The Will to Do Nothing.
